酱汁肉
食材:五花肉调料:冰糖、盐、料酒、大茴香、红曲粉
作法:五花肉洗净切成2.5cm见方的块,再入滚水中烫2分钟去味。洗净。
加冷水至肉持平,煮开。加糖、酒、茴香、红曲粉。转中小火焖,1
小时后加盐,继续焖至肉软放香,收汁装盆。
口感:肉软酥香微甜,入口即化。
